2. The Mission
You are to choose 3 class mates (+ you)
Create a group
Work together for a group & individual grades

3. THE TASK
Collaboratively choose one character from the play Othello and have that character endorse a product
Working alone is not recommended
The product must be an original that your group will create. Think of what the individual character may inspire
Physically display this product in an infomercial (made for T.V.)
Record your infomercial and bring to class to present
Do not exceed 5 minutes

4. ROLES One member is to play the role of the character you have chosen
Another member is to describe/narrate the product in detail
Another member is to research and write a rationale & create a script that explains why you chose this character and this particular product (in detail)
The last member is to record and edit the commercial and all written work

5. REQUIREMENTS
Your presentation should not be more than 4-5 minutes long
You are to dress and act the part for validity and a better grade
If you are absent, you will not be able to make this up 

6. Video You are to be as creative as possible for a better grade
Be on time and prepared; all technology should be compatible!
If your knowledge of the play is not up to par, your grade will suffer
NOTE: all videos must be compatible to my classroom computer

7. TEACHER TIPS: Use artistic, extroverted, not shy people as presenters
Be convincing and sell your product effectively
Do not tell others of your ideas. They steal for a grade and it looses credibility and surprise.
If you know that someone did not read the play, refuse to work with them.

Provide the idea and product they will endorse (name it)
