A description of the specific tasks and activities necessary to implement a strategy option
It clearly establishes what will be done, by when, and who will be responsible to carry out which tasks
The activities must be within the means of the County and National Actors such MIA / UNMIL / LIPA and other stakeholders - who must be able to fulfill them.
