HOW DO ANIMALS PROTECT? By Camila Ingrid Melissa Vanessa Daniel
2
OBJECTIVE OF PRESENTATION
This presentation will show that animals have adaptations that help them survive in their environment like camouflage, teeth, legs, fins, etc.
3
Some animal body parts help animals live
in their habitats. Thick fur of mountain goats helps keep them warm. A hermit crab has antennae that help it feel, smell, and taste. The clownfish uses fins to swim quickly. Birds use wings and feathers to fly.
4
CAMOUFLAGE Camel’s hump has fat. The fat helps it live
without food and water for a long time. Giraffes have long necks to reach the leaves high in the trees. CAMOUFLAGE Camouflage is a color or shape. Camouflage makes an animal or plant hard to see. Camouflage helps protect animals.
