3. Attention all senior student-athletes: If you are interested in applying for the MHSAA Scholar-Athlete Award, please see Mr. Roberts ASAP.  Applications are due on November 30th.  If you have questions, please visit the MHSAA website at  more information.

4. College Rep visits will be starting next week for Juniors and Seniors
College Rep visits will be starting next week for Juniors and Seniors. You must sign up ahead in the counseling office to attending. 11/7 - Western Michigan University - 8:00 am 11/12 - Grand Valley State University - 8:00 am 11/14 - Saginaw Valley State University - 8:00 am

5. There will be a meeting for all boys interested in being on the Swim and Dive team on November 7th at 3 p.m. in the pool.  All boys interested in swimming must have a physical on file in the athletic office prior to the first day of practice.  Coach Roberts will hand out the season calendar at the meeting on the 7th.

6. Homework Help is offered Monday-Thursdays in the GLC 3 to 4 PM

7. Anyone interested in being on the Wrestling team this winter there will be a brief meeting in the wrestling room at 3 p.m. on Thursday, November 1st.  Bring clothes for a workout afterwards.

8. Any student-athlete interested in attending a Sportsmanship Summit put on by the MHSAA in Ann Arbor on 11/14 should see Mr. Roberts ASAP.  All expenses are covered.  You will be gone from school for the entire day.

9. SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY OFFER - $250 FOR SEGMENT ONE CLASS BEGINNING NOVEMBER 5TH. Mister B's Driving Academy will be starting segment one classes on Monday, November 5 at 3pm in Room A208.  Students must be 14 years, 8 months before November 5 to register.  Registration forms and flyers are in the office.  We will also be holding additional sessions at 5pm the week of November 12 to accommodate students attending basketball tryouts.  Learn more at MrBDrives.com  or contact us at or

10. Wear your best Halloween costume tomorrow for a chance to win
Wear your best Halloween costume tomorrow for a chance to win!   It will cost $1 to wear your costume for the day, and the best costume in each 1st hour will be called to the cafeteria for overall judging with prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.  Please remember that all costumes must be school appropriate (with no bandanas of any kind).  Money will be collected tomorrow during 1st hour.

11. Seniors, today from 10:30 – 2:30 is the last day to get measured for your cap and gown. The cost is $55.00

12. The bowling club will have their parent/student meeting for all students interested in bowling this year on Nov 5th at 7pm in the health room.  All bowlers must meet with at least one of their parents with the bowling coaches before they will be allowed to bowl.
