4. Put a small amount of cool water into one bowl, and the same amount of sugar into another. Don't do too much, or you'll end up with a super thick rim.

5. Grab your glasses and set them to the side.

To rim the glass, put a small layer of honey on a small plate, and place a mixture of cinnamon & sugar in a shallow bowl. Dip the rim of a pint glass in the honey, and then into the cinnamon sugar mix.
