2 The following proposal outlines the possibilities of a brand partnership /sponsorship opportunity in ‘Summer of ‘19’, the upcoming summer fest organized by EAT (Eat at Trivandrum) & Sravia Ceremonies from April 26th to 28th 2019 at a major venue in the heart of Trivandrum We invite your good selves and your reputed brand to associate with us in jointly promoting this Three Day Festival of Food, Fun & Flea, in a mutually beneficial format. 3 EAT, the most popular and happening online food community in Trivandrum is joining hands with Sravia Ceremonies, the events arm of Sravia Advertising, Trivandrum’s most trusted branding and marketing agency with a 39 year track record‘ to come up with ”Summer of ‘19” The fest is planned out as a three day fest and will feature an ensemble of the finest food vendors across Trivandrum, the best of musicians, artists and performers and a bustling flea market with the best of everything Who?

4 The Fest is scheduled to happen on 26th, 27th & 28th (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) of April 2019, factoring in a weekend during the summer vacation time ensuring maximum participation from the young and family crowds of Trivandrum. EAT with its loyal member database of 1.35 lakhs and growing would ensure a steady and flowing crowd of enthusiastic foodies, along with their friends and families to Summer of ‘19 When?

The categories of sponsorships are divided into three : Title Sponsor - 1 Powered by Sponsor - 1 Associate Sponsors - 4 Sponsorships

6 Title Sponsor The Title Sponsor, as the name suggests, would have their brand name christened on top of the event logo as the main presenting sponsor and shall be featured most prominently in all the brand collaterals across all media of communication – print, electronic, outdoor and digital across Trivandrum for thirty days. We would also provide them with a dedicated stall space (20 ft x 20 ft) to feature their product/service ensuring continued brand presence and sales possibilities, with provision for sales staff and utilities in the stalls and access via complimentary passes

7 ‘Powered by’ Sponsor The ’Powered by’ sponsor shall be featured in the bottom of the event logo and again be featured in all the event collaterals and promotions across all the media for thirty days A dedicated stall (10 ft x 10 ft) shall be provided to the sponsor to feature their product /service to feature their product/service ensuring continued brand presence and sales possibilities, with provision for sales staff and utilities and access via complimentary passes

8 Associate Sponsorship
The Associate sponsor shall be featured in the white space of the event logo and again be featured in all the event collaterals and promotions across all the media, along with three other associate sponsors for thirty days, along with complimentary access.
