Demonstrating Compass Values in the classroom
Students will receive Bronze (for 100 points), Silver (for 200 points) and Gold certificates (for 300 points)
Top 3 students in each year group will also be rewarded each term
Compass Coins
For demonstrating Compass values around the school 
Form with the best attendance will earn 20 coins each week
Any form with attendance over 97% will receive 10 coins
The house with the most coins at the end of each term will attend a rewards trip
The winning house at the end of the year will receive a house trophy

Weekly chocolates for LFT’s that show the biggest improvement
