4. Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs)
QIPs are expected to be entered in iPinwheel by Friday, April 5th
Each site must have at least three QIPs goals;
At least one QIP goal must be related to the site's QRIS rating report;
Each QIP goal must have at least four action steps;
QIP goal must follow the S.M.A.R.T. acronym (Strategic, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound)
