Setting the rules Create a safe environment: what is said in the room is confidential and stays in the room Everybody has the right to speak but nobody is obligated to speak All contributions are to be received in an appreciative way There is no right or wrong Discuss rules for interacting in the classroom Discuss expectations Present and discuss the programme Setting the rules

4 Participants need to feel that the day has come to a closure
