Monitoring component is able to retrieve information about print jobs such as the number of pages, date printed, and other user information.

6. Cost Accounting
Declining Balance Reports — Set up reports to manage printing and copying capabilities throughout an organization. Should an employee reach a predetermined benchmark, he/she can not print certain features.
Green Reports –Have the ability to choose printing finishing options such as black/white printing or duplex printing, lessening ink and paper use over time.
