Why? Risks are by definition UNCERTAIN events… Why WASTE hours trying to predict the future?
Quality only matters in the final stages!
What really counts is the FINISHED product. The client will only notice the final APPEARANCE of the product
Avoid bureaucracy…
Filling forms is a WASTE of time. Save this time and focus on EXECUTION!
Make sure your team does work overtime.
Anyway, projects are practically BORN behind schedule. Begin to pressure the team RIGHT AWAY
Get rid of all paperwork and documentation after the project close out.
It takes too much space. NOBODY will ever use it!
