Intracardiac Echocardiography to Guide Paravalvular Leak Occlusion This series of ICE images are in a patient who underwent transcatheter tricuspid valve-in-ring implantation with a Sapien XT valve (Edwards Lifesciences, Irvine, California) and subsequent closure of a lateral paravalvular leak (PVL). (A) After transcatheter tricuspid valve-in-ring implantation, color Doppler with the ICE probe positioned in the right atrium (RA) demonstrates a moderate lateral PVL.
