3D Printing for Procedural Simulation A 3D printed model was created based on cardiac CTA in a patient with severe MAC. (A) Left ventricular view demonstrating the native LVOT and anterior mitral valve leaflet (AL). (B) Following implantation of a 29-mm third generation balloon expandable stent, displacement of the AL results in severe LVOT obstruction. (C, F) Subsequent resection of the AL restores patency of the LVOT with residual stent frame protruding into LVOT. (D) En face mitral valve view in the same patient with severe MAC.
