3 Requirements & Application
Minimum requirements for consideration: min. 80% average in their previous degree min. 85% average in the Fall 2017 term a good command of English Application are due to Kimberly Dunne by December 1 Application form Program change form Enrolment Status form Students may be interviewed by the department before they are recommended to the CECA department for approval. Any interviews will take place prior to the end of December. You will be contacted by the department via your uwaterloo.ca

4 Co-op Degree Requirements
Your responsibilities: must complete two (2) work terms during your Master’s studies must maintain full-time status up until degree completion required to submit a work-term report (WTR) after completion of each co-op term co-op placement must relate to the program of study must finish your program on an academic term Your Work Reports: work-term reports are due the first two weeks of the following term they will be evaluated by the department and must be approved by the department Assoc. Chair.

6 Graduate Co-op Fees After you have program changed, a co-op fee is assessed by Student Accounts (per 4-month coop work term) to students accessing the services of Co-op Education and Career Services Co-op students are not automatically assessed Dental, Supplemental Health or GSA fees International Co-op students are charged for UHIP, but must self-enroll for Dental & Supplemental Health coverage Please see the Graduate Schedule of Fees for more detailed information:
