6 Equality in Sexism Do females want to be treated as an equal to a male? Well of course they do, women have been trying for years to find equality in society, especially in the work place

7 Reason Females in the work place are paid less when they are doing the same job as a male would do. But sometimes male do harder jobs than the female shouldn't a male be paid more than the women In culture women have been the caretakers of the family and house because of advancement of culture females have begun to into the society and start a career for themselves, so if a person does the same job as a male than they should be paid more, but if a female does a harder job she should be paid more, vice vearsa

8 Conclusion In our culture we like the separate or make things easy for ourselves by stereotyping and by following older cultures that has been fed to the future Americans. The three issues are all related to each other because they all correspond with who has more power in society Not only you have to be a certain race but also you have to be a certain age and a certain sex
