2 You rate each criteria- Beginning- with another colleague Developing- within my team Extending- beyond your team Transforming and leading- Regional, national and international And then you collect and provide evidence to support your rating. For your application you write a 300 word supporting statement per criteria and upload evidence.

3 Working with lots of colleagues that have different experiences and teach different subjects.
Positive feedback from staff and the positive impact on the learning in the classroom. Researching and reading. articles/books on education. Developing my own skills. New opportunities.
