For families who are finding life issues are starting to feel a bit overwhelming
Helping a family so that small things don’t become big things
Sometimes it’s about making sure big things feel more manageable

Sometimes services ‘help early’
Sometimes friends, family, neighbours and community ‘help early’
What matters is that families feel they can say ‘I’m not ok’ – and that they have someone to say it to who will listen and help

Transformation Team
Youth Early Help
Integrated Early Years – a range of help, support and activities for families who are expecting a child or who have children aged 0-5
First Stop Early Help – a team of family workers who will work alongside you for up to 12 weeks
Families in Focus – a team of family workers who will work alongside you for 6-12 months
Transformation Team – a team of family workers who will work alongside you for 12 months +
Youth Early Help – a range of help and support for families who have children aged 13+

Early help services will help a family to think about all of these things….
We explore strengths a family already has, and what they think a good life would look like
We take everything at a family’s own pace and we’re led by the family
We make sure networks around families are helping the family get to where they want to be
