In this video exercise, we will watch an episode of a British TV documentary called “Fry’s Planet Word.” Please consider the effects on culture and identity of different forms of language.

Please consider the implications of different languages and how they influence people’s culture and identity:
What effect does language have on people’s way of thinking and living (either through their culture or identity)?
How do different languages vary in their style?
Are there any other interesting points you noted?
