The proposal for change followed the discussion of the portable address policy.

Members to decide on Charging Scheme 2005. Supporting documents published. Activity Planning Support Document Draft Budget 2005 Charging Scheme 2005 proposal Expected Membership Growth ~11 per cent. Stronger growth this year than expected Fees to be reduced by ~10 per cent.

7 RIR Co-ordination Policy Comparison Overview AfriNIC ERX WSIS
Update planned for mid-2004 ERX Class C transfers have started WSIS Followed closely Active participation Contributing to WGIG AfriNIC African allocations from /13 & 2001:4200::/23 Attended AfriNIC-I meeting in May Co-evaluation started this week Looking at Training Development with APNIC AfriNIC - ARIN has given us this space to make allocations to African networks.
