2. Write a Scene Assignment
Each group will be assigned either a “bad” or “good” interview to write.
Groups will write a 2-3 minute scene in which all members of the group will act out what makes a good or bad scene.
Things to consider:
What is the person wearing during the interview?
What kind of language does the person being interviewed use?
What is the person conducting the interview wearing?  How is he or she using language?
What behavior do the characters exhibit?
These scenes will be acted out in front of the class, and audience members will determine what made the scene good or bad.
