TOGETHER, WE DELIVER. Synched Efforts Between Personnel and Logistics Communities – Cross Functional Team organized this Fall Market Expansion – Brought in 78 TSPs into the HHG Program from our NTS Program USTRANSCOM Customer Support Center – New effort to assist with customer service Claims Reduction – Increasing use of containerized shipments to reduce damage; first target will double use (6% to 12%) Transit Times – Increased times for moving shipment; avg incr ~3 days; more accurate shipment arrival for customer Expanded Education Campaign – Developed standardized training for govt; media campaign to educate Service Members Increased QA Inspections – Services expanding to 50% in person inspections Spouse Advisory Panel – Monthly meeting with leading spouses to gather input from the user’s perspective Open Discussion Group with Industry – Monthly meeting to ensure industry has a regular voice at the leadership level
