Need to put thought and effort into achieving the goal. Setting a goal means making a promise to yourself that you will work to reach it. Work involves both planning and following through with the plan.

Meeting goals has a positive effect on self-esteem. Gives confidence to try and reach new goals.

Creating an action plan is the 1st step to take after deciding on a goal. Action plans help Manage time Organize efforts Achieve results

Step 1: Decide on your goal and write it down. Step 2: List the steps you will take to reach your goal.
