2. Character Relationships
Status: a character’s social standing or feeling of self-esteem
Status affects how character’s interact with one another in a scene.

3. Pair Relations Find a partner.
Decide who will be Partner A and who will be Partner B.
Ms. Dishman will give you a type of relationship and you will act out your character would interact with your partner.

4. Status Cards
Everyone will draw a playing card. Keep your card a secret!
If you have the King or Queen, you are the highest status.
If you have the Ace or 2, you are the lowest status.
You will interact with one another based on your status for a few minutes.
At the end of the time, you will guess what card your partners drew.

5. Journal 7 Reflect on this improv unit. What did you like the most?
What did you dislike the most?
Explain why.
When finished, staple all journals together and place in the class bin.
