Capacity Building Projects industriAll support is offered in project work in cooperation with other organisations and actors: 2012: ILO Project Capacity Building and Strengthening Sectoral Social Dialogue in NMS and CC in EFFAT und EMCEF sectors 2012-13: ILO – industriAll cooperation Decent Work for Workers in industriAll sectors 2012-13: Organisational development project in cooperation with industriAll – GU, IUF, EFFAT, IGBCE and NGG; supported by the Friedrich Ebert Stifung Assisted by the international project office in Zagreb Future projects with support of DG EMPL budget lines 3

4. industriAll support to regional work industriAll regions have a special responsibility a strong TU network in the regions is needed to take up role Representation in Steering Committee / regional reports special support for CEE & SEE regions in the beginning phase/when needed Annual regional meetings & regional steering group will be set up TUs to prepare progress reports to analyse activities/challenges/needs CEE: OS KOVO will assume leadership, together with the other 2 SC members for that region SEE: 3 SC members will have a collective responsibility to assume leadership in the region 4
