Central nucleus surrounded by electrons.
The 3 subatomic particles are called:
protons
electrons
neutrons

4. Proton p(+) Protons have a positive (+) electric charge.
p+ are found in the center core, the nucleus.

5. Neutron n(0) Neutrons are electrically neutral. NO CHARGE.
n0 are also located in the nucleus.

6. Electron e(-) The electron has a negative (-) charge.
The electrons are very energetic and found rapidly moving around the outside of the nucleus.
They are also very, very, very small!
