Review the scene for cause of accident Call or send for help. Call for emergency police or ambulance service. Do not move the victim. Try to wake the victim by talking. Treat for shock. (elevate the feet – no back or neck injuries, use a blanket to maintain body heat)

Stop any bleeding. Administer CPR if needed. Only move the victim if life-threatening factors exist (fire, etc).
