Shows the relationship between a noun or pronoun and another word in a sentence.

4. Prepositional Phrases
Consists of a preposition and its object.
The object of a preposition is the noun or pronoun that follows a preposition. (Every preposition has an object).
Examples
Many early jazz bands played in New Orleans.
The sounds came from a radio.
During the 1920s, jazz swept the country.
