Vitamins Explain why they are necessary. Vitamins regulate body processes and chemical reactions prevents certain diseases

5 Water Soluble Vitamins
Compare & contrast the two major categories. Fat Soluble vitamins dissolve in fat and be stored in the body for a long time. (Vitamins A, D, E & K) Water Soluble Vitamins are not stored in the body, dissolve in water and are excreted through the urine. They must be replaced daily.

fats Which kind is better for you and why? Unsaturated fats are better for you because they do not contain cholesterol that clog the arteries they come from plant sources.
