3 Timings 09:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for Grade Foundation, LKG & UKG (Reporting time: 09:10 a.m.) School remains closed on second and fourth Saturdays. School Office Hours – For transport and account information : 8:30 am to 9:30 am / 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. All Saturdays are holidays for Foundation. Timings to meet the teacher/s with the teachers (WITH PRIOR APPOINTMENT on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday- 12:45 p.m- 1:30 p.m)

4 Arrival & Departure For safety, students allowed to leave school only at the scheduled time. Children handed over only after showing a valid collector card. Please get it issued from the school office. Only authorized persons carrying the school issued collector’s card allowed to pick up a student. IF PARENTS WISH TO PICK UP THEIR CHILD EARLY, THEY NEED TO inform school at least an hour prior (with registered number) or send a note with the student in the morning, stating the time and reason for pick up; or, call the school office and intimate the same.

5 Uniform GRADE FOUNDATION
There is no uniform for the students of Grade Foundation. They need to be dressed in comfortable clothes and shoes. Toilet training will be carried on over a period of time, please send an extra pair of clothes and diapers, neatly labeled. GRADE LKG & UKG : SUMMER DRESS FOR BOYS & GIRLS (Check the diary page). On Saturday (1st and 3rd) and all Wednesdays the boys are required to wear their respective house T-shirts and navy blue shorts. Students are expected to be neatly dressed in full uniform. Girls are not allowed to apply Kajal, eyeliner or nail paint. Expensive shoes, bags, stationary, jewellery, lunch boxes are not allowed. Students are required to wear their I-cards daily. Wearing of slippers or sandals is not allowed.

6 Birthday celebration Only one toffee/ candy per child of maximum Rs. 5 only. Invitation cards to be distributed through the Class Teacher, ONLY if all students in the class are invited. If only some students are to be invited the invitations cannot be sent to the invites through the school. Even on their birthdays, students must come to school in their school uniform.

7 Health and Safety School personnel are not permitted to dispense medication, unless expressly informed/instructed to do so in writing. If any medication is brought to school, on every occasion, it should be handed over to the Class Teacher along with clear instructions about when it needs to be administered. If your child shows symptoms of a communicable disease or an infection, the school office should be notified immediately.   FIRST AID  Well equipped Infirmary for a student to take rest if he/she is not feeling well.

8 Lunch Will feed them, however, they will be trained to eat independently over a period of time. Send food of their liking, which they can finish easily. Don’t send liquid food (dal, curd). Eggs/ Non Veg./ Stale paneer should be avoidable. Their water intake would be taken care of.

9 School’s guidelines Not to enter the classrooms or speak to your child or a teacher during class hours. No student will be exempted from physical exercise and games without a doctor’s certificate and prior approval of the school authorities. Routine notices will be sent to parents through the student’s diary. Parents are requested to check the diary every day and they must be acknowledged.  There will be four PTMs in a year - two in each term. Students have to come to school in uniform during PTMs. Cameras in classroom and corridors Never criticize teachers in front of your child.

12 Assessment Continuous assessment – no formal examination
Diagnostic Test Assessment on parameters other than academics (Monthly General Assessment – MGA)

13 Important notes Download School App for homework and important messages Update phone number in case of change by writing an application Collector’s card – mandatory at bus stop and parents’ area
