Phase One Current Conditions (duration: up to 6 months) Official kick-off for envisioning process occurs Recruitment of members for CAG and work group teams, with initial meetings held A&E team selected with existing conditions process completed, including the occurrence of initial charrette workshop Comprehensive needs assessment/resident survey finalized and initiated, with residents hired to serve as survey proctors Work group meetings held to catalog existing services, identify potential gaps and develop initial strategies and goals At least one community engagement event occurs Market assessment study RFP process initiated Master plan outline produced

RFP submissions due November 1 Comprehensive needs assessment implemented within first three months of planning process Survey being finalized with CAG to review in November Residents serving as proctors for the needs assessment; use of paper surveys Intend to hire at least five Comanche Park residents At least one community engagement event (as possible) per phase to maintain resident involvement and input As possible, implementation of early action activities throughout planning process
