Brief Description: For this assignment, we had to investigate state standards play a role in teaching and in the classroom. This information informs us on how the state affects us in our future of teaching. This project allowed us to see just how much the state is involved in the classrooms and how teachers truly feel about that.
Rationale: To show our understanding of Standard #6, Assessment, we gathered collaborative information together that shows state mandates try to make the quality of a teacher based on their test scores. So, the assessments help guide the teachers and students to the next step.

Lack of motivation

Weighs principal observations, student test scores, and other factors chosen by districts
