2. On a warm sunny day, Bill went to go visit his friend
On a warm sunny day, Bill went to go visit his friend. They were both nine years old. Bill wanted some advice on internet safety because his parents just got a new computer ,and he was going to ask Dave his friend . Bill ran to Dave’s house.

3. When Bill got to Dave’s house, Dave waved at him and said hi to him
When Bill got to Dave’s house, Dave waved at him and said hi to him. Bill said,” Hey Dave. I just got a new computer and I wanted to know if you could give me some advice on internet safety.” Dave said “I know nine tips to help you on internet safety.”

4. “Thank you. I really need to know about internet safety. ” said Bill
“Thank you! I really need to know about internet safety.” said Bill. Dave said,” Internet safety is important.”

5. Bill put his ear out so that he could hear Dave well
Bill put his ear out so that he could hear Dave well. “ The first tip is only use the internet when your parents tell you it's ok, and only for as long as you're supposed to.” said Dave.

6. Dave said,“ The second tip is always have good manners and be polite when you use the internet and or chat.” Bill still had his ear out to listen well.

7. “The third tip is never meet with an internet friend unless your parents go with you. It could be a bad man trying to get you.”, said Dave. Bill said,” I didn’t know that.” Then out of nowhere a man with a dog was walking pass them. It was Bill’s neighbor, Mr. Brown. Bill and Dave said hi to him and Mr. Brown said hi too. Bill and Dave waved at him until they couldn’t see him anymore.

8. Dave said,” The forth tip is don't give out personal information like your address, telephone number or school name to anyone unless your parents say it's ok.” Bill also added,” You could be giving your information to someone bad.”

9. “The fifth tip is don't send pictures of yourself or your family to anyone unless your parents say it's ok.”, said Dave. “OK”, said Bill.

10. Dave said,” The sixth tip is always tell your parents about the people you meet or talk to on the internet.” Bill said,” They could be dangerous right?” “Right!”, said Dave.

11. “The seventh tip is don't break copyright rules by taking words, pictures or sound from someone else's web site without their permission. That is a bad thing to do.”, said Dave.

12. Dave said, "The eighth tip is if you ever get an message that is strange, mean or upsetting to you, don't answer back to it! Tell your parents or teachers right away!” Bill said,” This is the right thing to do.”

13. “The last tip is ask your parents to spend time with you so that you can show them the sites you like to visit.” Bill said,” So they can tell you what sites are good for you and which ones are bad.”

14. Bill said,” Thank you for sharing your tips with me
Bill said,” Thank you for sharing your tips with me.” Dave said,” If you need anything else tell me.” “ I will.”, said Bill. Bill then looked at the clock that is hanging from the wall to check the time. Bill said,” I got to go home, I’m almost late for lunch.” He left Dave’s house running.

15. Bill was running fast to get home
Bill was running fast to get home. Bill couldn’t wait to tell his parents about his internet safety tips. Bill knew he was ready to use his new computer. He stayed happy for the rest of the day.
