2 Objectives RX wishes to forge closer ties with associations and societies with the view to establishing mutually beneficial relationships RX offers to conduct, at no expense or obligation to Associations, a detailed event due diligence review to identify: –Potential revenue growth opportunities including: Potential exhibit space volume increases Advertising & Sponsorship sales E revenues Package sales International sales –Potential cost savings and operational efficiencies including: Venue and hotel cost savings On-site service savings Other logistical efficiencies –Opportunities to improve marketing reach –Conference and attendance growth

3 Process Outline –Enter into Confidentiality Agreement with RX –Initial meeting of executive teams to discuss event performance –Association to describe principal objectives for their event –Allow RX to analyze: Event P&L –Pricing strategies Vendor agreements Marketing plans Staffing and organizational requirements Market / industry data and trends Competition –RX to present findings and recommendations
