5 Professionally Predicted Grade (PPG) - Where the student will be at the end of the course based on the ‘current performance’ & professional knowledge of the pupil and the course being delivered. PPG grades are based on the new GCSE grades of 1-9, with 9 being the highest.

7 Sub-levelling: 4a – A pupil who we are confident will secure a grade 4, and could possibly achieve a 5. 4b – A pupil who is most likely to achieve a grade 4. 4c – A pupil we hope will achieve a 4, but might get a 3.
