9 ETSI Secretariat Matters
Renewal of ISO certification in 03/2006 ongoing since 03/1994! General satisfaction with the achievements related to the ES Business Plan ETSI’s Competence Centres are running well – and their services are appreciated Quality of deliverables increased – and lead times kept within the limits ETSI’s service provisioning develops well: PlugtestsTM, forapolis Several ETSI roadshows organized for membership care & recruitment Meetings at ETSI’s HQs remain at high level Budget expectation for 2006 looks good ES staff (03/2006): 108 employees 19 part time ≥ 14 full time
