Focuses on teaching skills and not content; ideally in Triangle with others from outside your area
Useful with all forms of teaching (lecture, bedside, journal club)

Observation Template (provided – edit to make it work for your Triangle)
Commitment of time, honesty, reflection (with self and others)
Lessons to Share (what works and what doesn’t)
Make the template meaningful and easy to complete
Self-observation (filmed!) + 2 colleagues’ observation + face-to-face meeting = most beneficial
Triangle responsibility to identify SOMETHING to work on; no need to be “nice”
