1 Viewing Account/Web History and Modeling Loans

2 “Transaction History”, Modeling “New Loans”, and viewing “Web/VRU Requests” are all located as sub-menu options under the “Transactions” Menu. If your plan allows participant loans then the “New Loan” or “Model Loan” menu will allow you to model a new loan.

3 Loan limitations and current interest rate are disclosed in this section. Generally you are allowed to borrow 50% of your vested balance up to $50,000. To model a new loan, simply enter the loan type, amount, and number of payments then click “Model.”

4 Once you have clicked the “Model” button an amortization of the loan will show in this section under the modeling information.

5 “Transaction History” allows you to view the transaction that have been posted to your account. To access, select the “Transaction History” sub-menu.

6 Click “Submit” to view transactions.
You may filter history on a single plan investment. The system will default to all investments. You may filter on a specific transaction type. The system will default to all transactions. You may also filter history on a single source. The system will default to all sources or money types. You must select begin and end dates for which you wish to view transactions. Click “Submit” to view transactions.

7 A summary of your transactions will be displayed by date.
If you wish to export your data in a text file format you may do so by clicking “Download Detail”.

8 Click “Details” or the “+” button to view the specific details for any single transaction.
You may view the detail by “Fund Display”, “Account Display” (Source), or “Account Detail.”

9 Requests for account changes made over the internet or Voice Response Unit (VRU) may be viewed in the “Web/VRU Requests” sub menu under “Transactions”

10 Requests may be viewed by transaction type.
You may also view by status. You must select a begin date. If you wish to view a specific transaction you may also view that request by confirmation number.

11 Once you have clicked the “Submit” button the screen will display the applicable request history. You may view the details by clicking either “Details” or the “+” button.
