Preferred Option – Simple, well understood proposal. NG NTS assessing impacts of removal and impact of GDNs non compliance to date
Other possible options ?
Replace the LDZ measure of 2 hour 5% with LDZ specific absolute value (e.g. xx Mcmd). Capture LDZ specifics in annex to Section I of OAD
Retain 2 hour 5% rule, but exclude VLDMC’s from rule.
Invest to retain existing rules
Amend 2 hour 5% rule so that rule is (5% of MDQ)
Concept of LDZ NExA (effectively this is what the OAD is), but with LDZ specific parameters.
