Identify which actions are completed. Identify when actions need to happen (timeframe without names/assignments attached). Identify who holds capacity in each component/area. Identify capacity gaps and opportunities (do we need to retain expertise outside this team?) Assign team members to identified actions. Document results (e.g. photos, save files) and commitments/next steps. Follow-up with results and schedule next meeting.
