1 RB Controls Clocking in and out follow ups inner office messages
Please press on the keyboard when ready for the next slide

2 All employees are responsible for clocking in to RB controls at the start and finish of each workday. Employees may not clock in more than 15 minutes before their assigned start time. As part of the clocking in process, all employees are responsible for checking their messages and follow up assignments.

3 In the lower left corner you’ll see the Time Clock button you need to use to clock in and out.

4 This screen will appear once you click on the Time Clock button
This screen will appear once you click on the Time Clock button. Enter the last 4 digits of your social security number and press enter. Don’t give those numbers to anyone else. If clocking out from the field, please send a text to the Mozeo number.

5 This screen tells you how many follow ups, sales leads and s/messages you have. You must click confirm at the bottom to be sure you have clocked in or out.

6 To check your follow ups, sales leads and messages you will need to click on their respective buttons, indicated in the image to the right. You will need the last 4 digits of your social security number to access each of these tabs.

7 Follow Ups Have an action related to a specific job or customer
Should be checked after punching in and before punching out Keeps a record of ongoing conversations with time stamps and the name of the person responding – remember to scroll down! They can be found even after being completed

8 Once you sign into follow ups (the button shown on the left), you will see the screen shown on the right.

9 Double click to make changes
Double click to make changes. Along with responding and changing who the follow up is assigned to, you have the following options: Print Create a new follow up View customer profile View the sales order which may be associated with the follow up

10 SALES LEADS To be used for potential sales
Be sure to check these after punching in and before punching out For example – a new safety cover or heater

11 The red sections must be filled in to be able to create the sales lead Location – defaults to Scituate but you must click in the box Notes – be as detailed as possible Lead Types are as follows, along with who they should be assigned to: Equipment repair/replacement – Tracy Winter care – Stephanie Follow-up maintenance visits - Carol Construction work - Ed Safety covers - Ed

12 Inner office messages Should be checked after punching in and before checking out For conversations that do not regard a particular job or customer Can be sent to more than one person Can be used for requesting time off, or information about training/meetings Example – asking everyone for help with a community service project

13 Once you have signed into the Messages system, you will see the screen on the right.

14 When you read messages, you will see these options at the top and the bottom of the screen.

15 Follow ups, sales leads and messages
For the next 5 days you’ll be receiving a follow up and a message daily. Don’t forget to check them all when you clock in and out! If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask for help.
