On the right of the home page you will see “Option to Pay Your HOA Dues On Line”
Click on the “Option to Pay Your HOA Dues Online” link
There is a link to view the electronic payment instructions
You will see “Please click on the Secure link below to pay by check or credit card.
Once you click on the link it will take you to the Intuit Secure Payment website.

Enter the amount that you are paying.
Important Note: If you are paying the annual dues amount by credit card, please enter $ The additional $5.00 covers the fees that Intuit charges the HOA for credit card transactions. Please contact the board if you are paying an amount other than $ by credit card. There is no additional charge for bank transactions from your checking or savings account.

In the box that says “Add Invoice Reference (optional)”, please enter your street address. Otherwise, we only have your name and address to identify your payment. You do not have to set up an account.
Click continue.
On the next page please indicate whether you are paying by credit card or bank account. The payment will automatically be sent on the current date. If you set up an account, the system will allow you to enter a future date.
Enter your address. At the end of the transaction you will receive a confirmation .
Please enter all requested information for the bank account or the credit card (Visa or Mastercard only).

On the final page, verify all of the information
Click Send Payment.
It should be noted that the only information the HOA receives from these transactions is your name, address, reference number which is your street address and the amount that you paid. The HOA does not receive any bank or credit card information.
The transaction will be shown on your bank or credit card statement as “IPN/Payment Network”.
