This provides us with the insight to focus attention on high risk areas in support of customer outcomes. DCMA provides its customers real-time supplier information in risk-based terms. DCMA has performed risk assessments for all of the DoD suppliers and this information is available for our customers use. This knowledge of the industrial base not only allows us to identify areas of potential risk but also provides us with the opportunity to present alternative measures to help mitigate that risk. This unique ability to assess and analyze supplier and program risk and bring to the table this expert knowledge provides the stakeholders involved the information they need to make smart decisions. 4 5/11/2019

5 Current Status One UID Implementation Plan (Rockwell Collins Inc) has been submitted to the Government. Plan has been forwarded to Service Component Team Leads for review and approval Rockwell has prepared a non-proprietary version that can be shared with other DoD Contractors. 6 Operational Support Explore the feasibility of a paperless Government Furnished Property management approach Initial discussions have taken place Anticipate an approach that involves modifications to existing software WAWF PCARRS UID Registry Expect draft plan next quarter 6 5/11/2019
