5 <November 2011> Achieving High Link Budgets in Varying Regional Regulatory Environments Achieving a high link budget in some regions (USA) is much easier than others (Korea USN band) e.g. +36 dBm EIRP versus +10 dBm In challenging regulatory environments, flexibility in PHY modes of operation may be necessary.
