Communication Information Resource Centre Administrator is an extra-net tool tuned to Public Administration needs.
It enables a given community, geographically spread across Europe, to maintain a private space on the Internet where it can share information and documents, participate in discussions and be used for various other purposes.

Interest Groups
CIRCA is organised around Interest Groups i.e. a private workspace for a group of people that need to collaborate to achieve common objectives and tasks.
Although all I/G have access to the same set of functionalities, the environment is fully customisable for a given I/G and the information is restricted to the ‘members’ of that specific I/G.

Virtual MEETING
facility restricted to IG members where views and opinions can be exchanged in interactive, real time mode;
any member can join in a virtual meeting;
the setting up and opening of a virtual meeting is normally the responsibility of the Leader;
easy access tool once it avoid the physical displacement of the members.

8. CIRCA Transfer of know-how Why?
Promote the tool/manger use, since the beginning of the new presidency, once it will be the privileged way to available all the information produced by each Presidency, with alerts system incorporated.
