Must ask whole learning community if it is to be truly effective
Own context vital to ensure it is relevant – local data
Link to Girfec and UNCRC also makes the sum more than the value of the parts

10. Linking the e’ and o’s to the wellbeing indicators – we have given suggestions , can be done in many ways to suit own context – don’t try to do everything at once, have a focus and fit the appropriate E’s and o’s around this focus, or do it the other way round

13. UNCRC already linked the articles to the indicators so it should be possible to also focus on the articles and pull the 3 things together in a planned and coordinated way
