Comparison of clinical and functional parameters between the CMV+ and CMV− participants in the healthy elderly and elderly patients with T2DM. No difference was found at any comparison. Comparisons were made between the indicated groups having CMV− or CMV+ as well as being non-diabetic or diabetic. (*p<0.05; **p<0.01; ***p<0.001).
