It is one of the hardest because it forces a person to both admit they are wrong, and that they have biases that need to be addressed

This is not referring to everyone should have equal stuff, but equal opportunity
Are you fairly judging a person or situation
Are you fairly fixing a problem or situation

20. Caring Empathy is a tough thing to learn as a teen
Caring not just about ones feelings, but opinions, and points of views
Knowing when to care for your own self, as well as others
A caring person sometimes needs to chose honesty over one’s feelings a hard lesson to learn

Taking care of your environment around you. Your classroom, school, etc.
Keeping the area you both live, and work in clean and pleasant
Doing the little things to help your immediate environment thrive
School Spirit is a big example here
Getting on others who don’t take care of the area is a big part of this Pillar as well
