Mechanics (1st Jan – 31st Mar, 2015) For each Wellness Product Sale in PG 5 Points For Each Subscription of Wellness Nutrishake (28 Servings) in PG 15 Points For conducting each L3 meeting with Core Team in a proper format.. I.e. Same Day, Time & Place 100 Points Important Note: 100% points on Wellness unit sales & subscription for 4 L3’s, 75% for 3 L3’s & 50% for 2 L3’s… 1 L3 means out of competition!

Mechanics (1st Jan – 31st Mar, 2015) Omega 3 Per Unit Sale X 5 Points Nutrishake 14 Serving Per Unit Sale X 5 Points Nutrishake 28 Serving Per Unit Sale X 5 Points Wellness Unit Sales Points Each Nutrishake (28 Serving) Subscription X 15 Points On each subscription unit (including the free one) within the qualification period of this challenge Wellness Subscription Points Minimum 2 L3’s a month is a must for this competition L3 should have 1 Manager with their Core Team and other Core Team Members of the registered Leader Each L3 to have minimum attendance of 30 people to be counted for points in this competition L3 Points

Same Leader and Wellness points however total points would differ on account of conducting less than recommended L3’s that is 4 L3’s a month. Key To Win this competition is to do 4 L3’s and push maximum subscriptions of Nutrishake in PG 4 L3’s Points - 40, Wellness Points at 100% , % of SF 2.72*10 – 27.2, Total Points = 67.2 4 L3’s Points , Wellness Points at 100% , Total Points = 945.0 3 L3’s Points , Wellness Points at 75% , Total Points = 708.8 2 L3’s Points , Wellness Points at 50% , Total Points = 472.5 1 L3 - 0 Points (minimum 2 L3’s a month is a must to remain eligible for this challenge) In a rare case of tie “Wellness Points as a % of SF”will decide the winner

10 Important Terms & Conditions
Personal Group will be freezed as of Dec’14 closing for this competition SM & Above as of Dec’14 closing are eligible to register Defaulters not eligible to participate Participating Leaders to maintain 21% level throughout the competition period Leaders must register details of Core Team with sales team to gain points & do L3 together with them Photo proof need to be submitted for all L3’s conducted failing which it’ll be considered that L3 isn’t done and no points will be given Proper L3 format to be followed: Same Day Same Time Same Place

Registered Leaders must complete Wellness Academy by Jan 2015 Closing All the winners will be subject to verification of Oriflame Code Of Ethics and adherence to the Wellness L3 Competition mechanics Oriflame reserves the right to modify, or withdraw the competition at any time during the competition period
