2. What is Zimmertwins.com?
Zimmertwins.com can be used as a tool that allows students and teachers to create movies using animations that can be used as part of a lecture, class project, or homework assignment. Teachers can also use movies created by other users to the class and students can play games online. This web 2.0 tool also have an app for the Iphone or Ipad that students and teachers can download for them to be accessible wherever they go. All of these features are free for students and teachers to use.

3. How can students use this tool?
This web 2.0 tool is very versatile, fun and interactive and students can use this tool in any school subjects for their school projects or class assignments.
For Math, students can create a short movie about a certain math topic like subtraction or addition or create story problems.
For Science, students can create a short clip on how science works or a tutorial on an experiment done in class.
For Language Arts, students can create a short story movie individually or with a small group that can be presented to the whole class.
For Reading, students can read a book and create their own ending using ZimmerTwins.com to add creativity to the subject and then present it to the class.
For Social Studies, students can re-create a historical event using ZimmerTwins.com or present a short movie about an important battle.
Students can also use this web 2.0 tools in a computer class by learning how to create a movie and adding text boxes to the animations.
For students in media art, they can use this tool to create a commercial or produce a news segment.
Students can use this as a studying tool by creating videos with all the key terms and make a movie out of it so they can watch and learn at the same time.
For students who have limited motor skills or non-verbal, can use this tool to create sentences or type in what they want to say.

4. First, create an account by clicking on Join the Site

5. Second, create a username and enter your email address

6. Third, scroll down and click on Accept Terms and Conditions
Fourth, click on Join The Site

7. After clicking on Join the Site, you will have to check your email for the password
When you have your password, type in your username and the password to log in

8. Once you are log in, click on Edit Account to change the password to the one you can easily remember.

9. After changing your password, click on save and remember to write it down somewhere in case you forget your password.

10. If you want to create a movie, click on Make a Movie
After changing your password, you can access the site.
You can watch a movie, make a movie, explore the extras and spotlight.
If you want to create a movie, click on Make a Movie

11. Then click on Make from Scratch to create a movie.

12. Once you are at this screen, you can begin creating your movie.
Once you finish creating your movie, click on Save Movie
If you need to undo, click on this button.
You can change the characters or expressions
You can click on Play to watch your movie before clicking save.
