4 Senate updates from Fall
300 level coursework: Students who are accepted into a dual admission/enrollment program with Kapi‘olani Community College partner institutions will be allowed to use upper division courses (numbered 300 or higher under the UH System’s course numbering system) to fulfill their Kapi‘olani Community College degree requirements. The upper division courses refer to courses completed at the partner institution while the student’s home institution is Kapi‘olani Community College. CTE as electives: allows CTE courses to be included as electives in the Liberal Arts degrees if they have at least one course outcome that addresses at least one General Education or other AA program outcome, effective Fall 2019.
